Blackbaud Inc, the non-profit sector software and services provider, has launched a ticketing division in the UK after acquiring exclusive rights to distribute the Standing Room Only service.Blackbaud will sell and distribute the ticketing management solution Standing Room Only (SRO) in the United Kingdom under the name The Patron Edge„¢, and will assume ongoing responsibility for supporting existing SRO customers.The company has recruited Christopher Goodhart as the managing director of the new London-based ticketing division, which will be staffed by the existing team already experienced in supporting SRO for the previous distributor.
