He also visited Kansas, Michigan State and Nebraska and had several other schools in the mix.Chukwu would have to sit out the 2015-16 season due to NCAA transfer rules but would have three years of eligibility left. He was ranked No. 61 in the Class of 2014 by and as a freshman, averaged 2.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and blocked 23 shots for the Friars.SU’s current roster includes centers DaJuan Coleman, who played 13 games in 2013-14 and none in 2014-15 due to injury, and Chinonso Obokoh, who averaged less than a point per game in 13 contests this past year. No centers have committed in either of the next two recruiting classes.
